An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, non-residential treatment program that provides comprehensive mental health and substance use care through therapy, education, and support.
Unlike inpatient treatment, you live at home while attending scheduled sessions throughout the week—allowing you to maintain work, family, and daily responsibilities.
IOP is ideal for individuals who:

√ Need more support than weekly therapy
√ Are transitioning from inpatient or residential care

√ Are managing moderate to complex mental health or substance use challenges

Our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP) delivers the same high-quality care as our in-person program—through secure, live online sessions.
Virtual IOP allows you to:

√ Attend treatment from the comfort of your home

√ Eliminate barriers like travel, childcare, or scheduling conflicts

√ Stay engaged in your daily life while receiving structured support

Virtual IOP programs provide the same level of care as in-person IOP, using real-time video sessions for therapy and support.
