Clients develop the ability to manage everyday responsibilities, including Establishing healthy routines, Time management and organization, Personal care and hygiene, Nutrition and lifestyle habits. These foundational skills are essential for maintaining independence and overall well-being.

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, non-residential treatment program that provides comprehensive mental health and substance use care through therapy, education, and support.
Unlike inpatient treatment, you live at home while attending scheduled sessions throughout the week—allowing you to maintain work, family, and daily responsibilities.
IOP is ideal for individuals who:
